Risk Assessments

For the settings we have chosen, risk assessments need to be carried out. The places we have chosen is my house, the college of Countesthorpe Community College, the roads in South Wigston or Glen Parva and maybe filming near the bridge in Glen Parva (near the prison way). whilst I was looking around the area's we have chosen to film in and the shots of which has been drawn up, there is a low level of risk that could happen. Any risks that may arise, will be taken care of in a manor that is safe and that doesn't injure anyone. . There are not many risks involved in our filming process however these are the ones that exist.

The Bridge In Glen Parva - Though there may not be any filming there. If the filming does occur then it wont be near the bridge. The risk with the bridge is that the bridge is very high and there is quite a risk of someone whilst filming falling off. Or even dropping equipment over the bridge. To stop this there is barriers put up to stop anyone falling and standing away from the edge will stop any risk.

Filming At my House - If dropped the electrics in the camera could stop working therefore any responsibility taken will be taken in the hands of us as we could of agreed and signed to protect and pay for the camera if in our care.

Filming Near A Road - This could cause a problem to anyone driving as they could become destracted therefore we would inform the people near my estate as to what we would be doing and make sure that it would be okay. If not we would simply move to an isolated area were there is no accidents that could occur.
